Pharmacy Research Resources
The Pharmacy Library Collection is located in room 461 of the Feik School of Pharmacy building and is contiguous with the Drug Information Center. The collection contains print copies of pharmacy texts, journals and related publications. To insure availability for all pharmacy students, these print resources may only be used in the drug information center or library, and are not available for check out. A wealth of online pharmacy resources are available through the Mabee Library's online databases and electronic journals list (see details of these resources below).
Books
Locate books. WebVoyáge-Endeavor. The library catalog lists all the books owned by the UIW Library. There are several searchable indexes in the online library catalog. Click on the drop-down menu to select the appropriate index. Numerous resources are available for reference use and check out at the Mabee Library. Some specific pharmacy and pharmacy-related books are available only in the Pharmacy Library Collection, and their use is limited to that location: Compete List of FSOP Books

If you determine UIW doesn't have access to the journal, you may also utilize resources in other libraries in our community via our TexShare arrangements. If this is not convenient, or the item is not locally available, Interlibrary Loan service is provided--just remember to plan your work to allow plenty of time for an item to be copied or sent from another library (this could take several weeks depending on a variety of factors). The librarian should be consulted for details.
